New build handover clean in Woolloongabba
The Gabba end of Woolloongabba is under heavy apartment development, while the back streets are older brick flats and workers' cottages. We do a lot of new build handover cleans here. If your building is still finishing, book us after the trades are out.
We cover Woolloongabba 4102 as part of our regular run, so there is no travel charge.
What a new build handover clean covers
A handover clean is not a bond clean. A bond clean removes a year of living; a handover clean removes a build. Construction dust is fine and it is everywhere, including places normal cleaning never touches: the tops of door frames, inside vents and exhaust fans, cornices, the inside of every cabinet and drawer.
