What this is
A changeover is a clean with a deadline. Checkout is usually 10am and checkin 3pm, so the work has to be done inside that window and the place has to be guest ready, not just clean.
We change linen and towels, restock what you supply, reset the styling to your photos, and clean to the standard a review depends on. Before we leave we photograph anything broken, missing or stained and send it to you the same hour, so you can act on it before the next guest arrives.
If you have several properties we can hold a key set and work to a standing schedule. Linen can be your own, or we can arrange a laundry service and bill it through.
