New build handover clean in West End
West End is old Queenslanders, converted workers' cottages and newer apartment blocks side by side. Timber floors and casement windows are common, and both take longer than tile and sliding glass on a bond clean. Factor that into the quote.

A handover clean is not a bond clean. A bond clean removes a year of living; a handover clean removes a build. Construction dust is fine and it is everywhere, including places normal cleaning never touches: the tops of door frames, inside vents and exhaust fans, cornices, the inside of every cabinet and drawer.
