What this is
A bond clean is not a bigger regular clean. It is cleaned to a document: the exit report your agent will walk through with a clipboard. We work from that standard, not from what looks tidy.
The property should be empty, with power and water still connected. If furniture is still in, tell us when you book, because it changes the time and the price.
If the agent knocks the clean back on a point we are responsible for, we come back once at no charge. Send us the report and we will book the return within 48 hours. Damage, wear and tear, and anything we flagged before starting are not covered by that.

- Pest control certificates, which some leases require
