New build handover clean in Kangaroo Point
Kangaroo Point is apartment towers along the cliffs plus older three storey walk-ups. Balcony glass and the dust that comes off the river and the roads below come up on almost every job here.
We cover Kangaroo Point 4169 as part of our regular run, so there is no travel charge.
What a new build handover clean covers
A handover clean is not a bond clean. A bond clean removes a year of living; a handover clean removes a build. Construction dust is fine and it is everywhere, including places normal cleaning never touches: the tops of door frames, inside vents and exhaust fans, cornices, the inside of every cabinet and drawer.
