New build handover clean in South Brisbane
South Brisbane is mostly apartment towers built in the last fifteen years. Most buildings need a lift booking for moving and some need building access arranged before we arrive. Send us the building's access rules when you book so we are not stuck in the lobby.
We cover South Brisbane 4101 as part of our regular run, so there is no travel charge.
What a new build handover clean covers
A handover clean is not a bond clean. A bond clean removes a year of living; a handover clean removes a build. Construction dust is fine and it is everywhere, including places normal cleaning never touches: the tops of door frames, inside vents and exhaust fans, cornices, the inside of every cabinet and drawer.
