Regular clean in St Lucia
St Lucia is UQ's main campus suburb. Most of the work here is student share houses and low-rise units, with larger family homes along the river. Turnover spikes at the end of each semester, so bond cleans book out through late June and late November. Book early if you are moving in those weeks.
We cover St Lucia 4067 as part of our regular run, so there is no travel charge.
What a regular clean covers
A regular clean keeps a place on top of itself. We work to the same checklist every visit, so nothing drifts. Most two-bedroom units take two to three hours; a four-bedroom house takes three to four.
