Bond clean in Taringa
Taringa is mostly units and small houses, popular with UQ students and young couples because it is one stop from Indooroopilly and close to campus. Same semester-end rush as St Lucia, so the same advice applies: book early in June and November.
We cover Taringa 4068 as part of our regular run, so there is no travel charge.
What a bond clean covers
A bond clean is not a bigger regular clean. It is cleaned to a document: the exit report your agent will walk through with a clipboard. We work from that standard, not from what looks tidy.
